Peachie Days (the "App," "Peachie Days," "we," "us," or "our") is provided and operated by Stavros Mikhail Kozlov.
We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and process when you use Peachie Days, why we use it, how long we retain it, when we disclose it, and the choices and rights available to you.
Peachie Days currently supports account access through Sign in with Apple. Depending on your choices and Apple's authorization process, we may receive:
If you use Hide My Email, we do not receive your underlying Apple ID email address through Sign in with Apple.
When you create or manage a Countdown, Anniversary, Holiday, or Deadline, we may process:
These records are private account data. Peachie Days does not currently provide public posts, public profiles, comments, chat, following, rankings, or other public user-generated content features.
Please do not enter sensitive personal information in a record title unless it is necessary for your intended use.
The Date Calculator performs calculations on the device. Date inputs and calculation results are not saved as reminder records, do not create notifications, and are not intended to be stored on our servers. Temporary calculator state may remain during the current app session and reset when the App is restarted.
When you subscribe to VIP, purchase a theme, or restore purchases, we may process:
Digital goods are offered through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes payments. We do not directly receive your complete payment-card details.
We may process limited information necessary to operate, secure, and troubleshoot Peachie Days, including:
Deleting a Countdown, signing out, deleting and reinstalling the App, or changing devices does not reset the account-level lifetime free-creation count.
Peachie Days may request permission to send iOS notifications. Notification permission is controlled through iOS. We may read the current authorization status so that the App can explain whether reminders are enabled.
Where permission is granted, Peachie Days schedules local notifications on your device using your record title, target date, selected reminder time, and distance information. If permission is denied, you may still save a record, but you will not receive its notification unless permission is later enabled.
Deleting a record removes the related local notifications. Deleting your account removes local notifications created by Peachie Days on the device where deletion is completed.
Peachie Days does not request access to your precise location, camera, microphone, or photo library for its current core features. The App uses built-in icons and themes and does not currently support user-uploaded media.
We may use information to:
Peachie Days uses Apple services for Sign in with Apple, StoreKit, subscriptions, and In-App Purchase. Apple independently processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.
We use transaction information only as reasonably necessary to verify and maintain VIP and purchased-theme entitlements, handle refunds or revocations, prevent duplicate issuance, and restore eligible purchases.
VIP and theme purchases are separate. A VIP subscription does not automatically unlock separately sold themes. A verified non-consumable theme purchase permanently unlocks that theme for the purchasing account, subject to Apple's transaction status and applicable law.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose limited information where necessary to:
Service providers receive only information reasonably necessary to perform the applicable service and are expected to protect it appropriately.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Our standard retention periods are:
Your current reminders and purchased entitlements may need to remain associated with your active account so that Peachie Days can provide, synchronize, and restore the service. Where applicable, information may be deleted earlier when you delete a record or your account.
Transaction, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or other records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary or required by applicable law.
You may delete a record through Peachie Days. Deleting a record removes it from your account views and cancels associated local notifications.
Deleting a free Countdown does not restore or reduce the lifetime free-creation count. Editing an existing record does not consume an additional free creation.

Once a valid account deletion request has been accepted, Peachie Days will complete the applicable account-deletion process within 30 days.
Apple Subscription Notice
Deleting your Peachie Days account does not automatically cancel an Apple auto-renewable subscription. If your subscription remains active, Apple may continue billing you according to your subscription settings. You must manage or cancel the subscription separately through Apple's subscription-management features.
You do not need to cancel your Apple subscription before requesting deletion of your Peachie Days account.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, a copy of certain information, or other privacy rights.
You may control notification permission through iOS Settings. Disabling notification permission prevents future delivery by iOS but does not automatically delete your saved date records.

Peachie Days is not directed to children who are not legally permitted to use the service under applicable law. Where parental or guardian authorization is required, the App should be used only after those requirements have been satisfied.
Peachie Days and its service providers may process information outside the country or region where you live. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including authentication, access controls, transmission protections, transaction verification, and restrictions on logging sensitive credentials. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
Peachie Days may rely on Apple and infrastructure or technical service providers. Where those third parties independently process information, their own terms and privacy policies apply.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Peachie Days, our data practices, service providers, applicable law, or our operations. Where a change materially affects your rights or how we process personal information, we will provide notice or request consent where required.
