Welcome to Peachie Days.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Stavros Mikhail Kozlov("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of Peachie Days.
Please read these Terms and the Peachie Days Privacy Policy carefully before using the App.
Peachie Days is a private date-recording, countdown, anniversary, holiday, deadline, reminder, and date-calculation application.
Depending on your account status and the version available to you, Peachie Days may provide:
Peachie Days does not currently provide public community posts, public profiles, comments, chat, following, rankings, advertising, maps, public user-generated content, or user-uploaded images.
Peachie Days currently uses Sign in with Apple for account authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Apple account.
Your Peachie Days account may maintain your private records, lifetime free-creation count, VIP status, purchased-theme ownership, selected theme, and other account-level settings.
You may not sell, rent, lend, transfer, or misuse your account. If applicable law requires parental or guardian authorization, you may use Peachie Days only after satisfying those requirements.
You may create and manage private date records using the record types and options available to your account. You are responsible for the titles, dates, and reminder settings you enter.
Peachie Days may schedule local notifications on your device where you have granted iOS notification permission. You may still save a record after declining notification permission, but the App cannot guarantee that you will receive a reminder.
Notification delivery depends on iOS settings, device status, time-zone behavior, system restrictions, and other factors outside our complete control. Peachie Days is a convenience tool and should not be your sole method for managing medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-risk deadlines.
When you edit a record, associated notifications may be cancelled and recreated using the updated settings. When you delete a record, associated notifications are cancelled where technically available.
A non-VIP account may successfully create up to three (3) Countdowns over the lifetime of the account.
The free-creation count increases only after a new eligible Countdown is successfully saved. Validation failures, cancellations, network failures, and unsuccessful saves do not consume an opportunity.
Editing a record does not consume another opportunity. Deleting a Countdown, signing out, deleting and reinstalling the App, or changing devices does not restore or reduce the lifetime count.
Non-VIP users may use the default Countdown icon. Other record types and built-in icons may require an active VIP subscription.
Peachie Days may offer 1 Week VIP, 1 Month VIP, and 3 Months VIP through Apple In-App Purchase. The App does not currently offer a free trial.

Actual prices, currencies, taxes, subscription periods, and availability are displayed through Apple StoreKit and may vary by storefront.
VIP is an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account after confirmation. Unless you cancel within the period required by Apple, the subscription may automatically renew and Apple may charge your payment method. You can manage or cancel the subscription through Apple's subscription-management features.
Deleting Peachie Days, signing out, or deleting your Peachie Days account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
When VIP expires, is refunded, or is revoked, VIP-only creation and icon-selection privileges end. Records created while VIP was active remain available for viewing, editing, and deletion, subject to these Terms. Existing VIP icons may continue to appear on historical records, but selecting another VIP icon may require active VIP status.
Peachie Days includes a free default theme and may offer additional themes as separate non-consumable In-App Purchases.
Theme purchases are independent of VIP. VIP does not automatically unlock paid themes, and non-VIP users may purchase themes.
After Apple confirms and we verify a successful purchase, the purchased theme is permanently associated with the applicable account, subject to Apple's transaction status and applicable law. A purchased theme may be restored through Restore Purchases and may be switched with other owned themes.
Selecting a theme for preview does not purchase it. Pending, failed, or cancelled purchases do not unlock a theme.
All digital goods in Peachie Days are offered through Apple In-App Purchase. Entitlements are issued only after a transaction is verified and confirmed as successful.
Pending transactions do not receive benefits in advance. Cancelling or failing to complete a purchase does not change existing VIP or theme entitlements. The same verified transaction does not issue the same entitlement more than once.
Restore Purchases may synchronize an eligible active VIP subscription and verified non-consumable theme purchases. Restoration does not create duplicate ownership or extend a subscription beyond Apple's verified status.
Refunds, revocations, Grace Period, Billing Retry, and other Apple transaction states are handled under Apple's rules and our verification results. If Apple refunds or revokes a transaction, Peachie Days may adjust the related entitlement in accordance with applicable law.
The Date Calculator is available without creation limits to signed-in users and does not require VIP. Calculations do not create records, schedule notifications, or consume a free Countdown opportunity.
Calculator results are provided for convenience. You should independently verify results before relying on them for medical, legal, financial, contractual, safety-critical, or other important decisions.

We may reasonably restrict conduct or requests that violate these rules.
Peachie Days depends on device functionality, iOS notification services, Apple services, networks, cloud infrastructure, and other technical components. We use reasonable efforts to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability on every device, at every time, or in every region.
We may maintain or upgrade systems, change interfaces or technical implementations, update built-in icons or themes, replace service providers, or modify the service to satisfy security, licensing, legal, platform, or operational requirements.
Signing out clears the local session but does not delete your server-side account data or purchase records.

For security, Peachie Days may require you to authenticate again using Sign in with Apple. Once a valid request is accepted, the applicable account-deletion process will be completed within 30 days.
Account deletion may delete or de-identify your profile, date records, reminder settings, notification metadata, lifetime free-creation count, entitlement associations, selected theme, and other private account data. Records that must be retained for transaction, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or legal purposes may be retained as required or reasonably necessary.
Account deletion is generally irreversible. If you later sign in again with the same Apple account, account status will be determined by our then-current account and Apple transaction records; reinstalling or signing in again does not guarantee restoration of deleted records or reset the free-creation count.
Deleting your Peachie Days account does not automatically cancel your Apple auto-renewable subscription. You must separately manage or cancel it through Apple if you do not want future renewal charges.
Peachie Days, including its software, interface designs, branding, trademarks, built-in icons, themes, graphics, and other materials owned by us or our licensors, remains the property of the applicable owner.
Purchasing a theme grants you access to use that theme within Peachie Days. It does not transfer ownership of the theme artwork or grant a right to extract, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the underlying assets.
Except where permitted by law or expressly authorized, you may not copy, modify, sell, sublicense, distribute, or exploit Peachie Days or its content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peachie Days is provided as available. We do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered at a particular time or that date calculations will be suitable for every purpose.
We are not responsible for failures caused by disabled notification permission, Focus modes, device settings, device shutdown, operating-system restrictions, time-zone changes, network failures, Apple service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability will be determined based on actual loss, fault, causation, and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer-protection or other applicable law.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Peachie Days, applicable law, Apple requirements, service providers, or our operations. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide notice as required by applicable law. Updated Terms take effect on the stated effective date.
